Monitoring

Monitoring
Don't miss a thing.

Fire alarms do more than alert those in your building that there's a fire. When paired with a monitoring solution, they also send a signal to an operator who calls the fire and police dispatcher to alert them of the emergency and get first responders onsite. Without this signal to the operator and call to the fire and police dispatcher, help will not be on the way.

That's why monitoring is so important.

What is Monitoring?

Detecting a fire early is the best way to protect against loss. By choosing to have your system monitored by CertaSite, you will be guaranteeing that a potential fire is responded to as quickly as possible.

Additionally, monitoring does more than just protect against fire. The system can alert for system malfunctions and break-ins if you have a security panel.

How Does it Work?

CertaSite protects customers through one central monitoring solution, which has three locations throughout the United States. The three locations are fully redundant, UL Listed and FM Approved.

With our monitoring service, you benefit from:

  • 24/7 access to your monitored systems through MyAlarms.com - see all activity in real-time, put your systems on test, and manage users with ease.
  • Safety in the palm of your hand. When you sign up for text alerts, you can verify if alarm triggers are real or not and send dispatch from your phone.
  • Protection with disaster recovery and redundancy, keeping your systems monitored in the face of any disaster and allowing for real-time signal balancing.
