INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – CertaSite, a commercial fire protection and life safety company, has added three new employees to its Indianapolis, Indiana-based headquarters.
Yahzmine Clayton is the new digital marketing manager at CertaSite, where she is responsible for creating a digitally cohesive customer experience while driving demand. Most recently, she served as the manager of marketing at Vyne Dental, where she led digital marketing efforts through technical expertise, marketing operations and analytics. Prior to Vyne Dental, Yahzmine held a variety of marketing roles in tech/software, theater, and nonprofit organizations.
Yahzmine earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from Butler University.
Ashley Mattox is the marketing communications manager at CertaSite where she will continue to elevate CertaSite's brand recognition and awareness. Previously, Ashley was the marketing manager at Vanguard Protex Global in Oldsmar, Florida, where she spearheaded the marketing and communications department. Prior to Vanguard Protex Global, Ashley held marketing and public relations roles at Perma-Liner Industries and Ultimate Medical Academy in the Tampa Bay area, along with Mainstreet, Flaherty & Collins Properties, and INDYCAR in Indiana.
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Stephanie Smith is the learning and development manager at CertaSite where she will continue to build upon CertaSite's training academy and learning advancement platforms for all associates. Most recently, she served as the client implementation manager for Lessonly, where she focused on technology learning planforms for Enterprise level accounts. This included technical setup, product enablement and project management. Prior to joining Lessonly, Stephanie was the Liberty Management System Consultant for Liberty Mutual Insurance and held various roles at Rolls-Royce.
Stephanie completed a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
